§ 200-34. Program compliance.

  • The Community Development Director or his/her designee shall work with the Board to develop a program to review proposed changes to designated property and to issue certificates.
    A. 
    This program shall include:
    (1) 
    The submission and approval of applications before work is started;
    (2) 
    Supervision of work in progress; and
    (3) 
    Evaluation of the completed work as it is described in the certificate of approval or the certificate of economic hardship issued to the applicant by the Board.
    B. 
    The City Attorney shall assist the Board in insuring compliance with the program.
