§ 200-31. National Register of Historic Places and State Register of Cultural Properties.

    The staff of the Board shall prepare and distribute a map showing the properties on the National Register of Historic Places and the State Register of Cultural Properties. This map shall be used with a similar map of locally designated landmarks and CH Districts. The Board shall develop unified procedures so that an owner or tenant will make a single presentation about proposed plans.
    B. 
    As part of its duties, the Board may direct the local review of new nominations to the National Register of Historic Places in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations or ordinances.
