§ 200-21. Denial of certificate of approval.

A denial of a certificate of approval shall include a statement of the reasons for the denial. The statement may include references to the preservation guidelines and standards used by the Board in reaching its decision. The Board shall make recommendations to the applicant concerning changes, if any, in the proposed action that may cause the Board to reconsider its denial and shall confer with the applicant and attempt to resolve as quickly as possible the differences between the applicant and the Board. The applicant may resubmit an amended application, after changing the parts of the application that do not comply with the recommendation of the Board, or reapply for a certificate of approval.
