§ 143-1. Building number to be posted; size of number.

Every owner, lessee, occupant or tenant of any house or building within the City limits shall provide suitable numbering devices thereon in a conspicuous place over, at, or near the front entrance thereto, which numbers shall not be less than two inches in width and three inches in height.
